Job Title Academic Course Scheduler Department Registrars Office Salary $35,000 - $42,875; commensurate with experience Job Summary/Basic Function Schedule academic course offerings, course related events, and academic events using Banner and 25Live. Communicate policies and procedures to campus regarding academic/event scheduling. Help assign space as needed, review course schedules for errors, review courses for non-standard times, and set up corequisites for each term. Assist in running reports in SQL to identify errors. Communicate dates, deadlines, and scheduling problems with departments. Required Education High School diploma or High School Equivalency (HSE) required. Required Related Experience Three (3) years progressively responsible experience in a fast paced environment with ability to multi task; prior spreadsheet experience; detailed project management; and experience with various computer software and database packages. Desirable Related Experience Bachelor's degree preferred; experience with Banner.
