Center Manager At April ABA, our clinician-led team brings decades of combined expertise in utilizing evidence-based strategies to change the lives of children with autism. Our mission is to empower children through personalized ABA therapy that helps them receive the building blocks of a brighter future.
April ABA is seeking a visionary and results-driven Center Manager to spearhead our ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) regional operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for steering the financial, operational, and clinical success of the region while ensuring the delivery of top-notch ABA services to our clients. The Center Manager will play a critical role in crafting and executing the strategic growth plan for our services in the local market, fostering a collaborative and empowering work environment.
Key Responsibilities Exemplify and champion April ABA's cultural values, promoting healthy working relationships and strengthening team coordination to achieve the company's objectives and goals Supervise the efficient scheduling of team members to optimize client assignments and service hours, ensuring seamless service delivery across the region Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with referral sources through ongoing community outreach initiatives, expanding April ABA's network and client base Engage in regional administrative meetings, workgroups, and best-practices sessions to contribute to April ABA's growth and advancement, sharing insights and implementing innovative strategies Liaise with Admissions and the Client Care Coordinator to gather information on new client needs, required service intensity, projected service schedules, and team-member assignments, ensuring smooth onboarding and transitions Ensure the maintenance of high clinical quality standards, coordinate training sessions, and continuously assess program effectiveness, implementing improvements as needed to uphold April ABA's commitment to excellence Oversee clinician and client missed-hours reports and collaborate with Lead RBTs to mitigate variances from scheduled hours, maintaining operational efficiency and minimizing disruptions to client care Partner with April ABA's recruitment team to source, interview, and retain top-tier clinical talent for the region, building a strong and dedicated team of ABA professionals Regularly review and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) for the region, including team-member recruitment, new client acquisition, treatment hours, clinician billable hours, and other critical operational and financial metrics, driving data-driven decision-making to optimize April ABA's performance Drive the operational, financial, and clinical objectives of the region, focusing on the strategic expansion of April ABA's services in the local market, adapting to evolving industry trends and client needs Lead weekly staff meetings to address client concerns, team-member scheduling issues, professional development, program enhancements, and performance-related matters, fostering open communication and collaboration among April ABA. Perform other duties as assigned by management to support the overall success and growth of April ABA's regional operations Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field; advanced degree preferred Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis and management, with a strong understanding of P&L accountability At least 3 years of leadership experience in the healthcare industry, with a preference for ABA, mental health, or behavioral health settings Familiarity with ABA is a plus Proficient in data analysis and financial modeling, with the ability to make data-driven decisions Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, referral sources, and team members Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute growth plans in a competitive market Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time to support regional operations and attend industry events Passion for making a positive impact in the lives of individuals and families affected by autism and other developmental disabilities Benefits: Competitive salaries based on experience Health Insurance: Medical, dental, vision, long-term disability, and life insurance Flexible Spending Account (FSA) and Health Savings Account (HSA) options Company sponsored 401(k) Generous paid time off and holidays, PTO is actual PTO
