Key Responsibilities: Conduct routine maintenance and inspections in line with ACC and manufacturer standards. Interpret maintenance manuals to effectively address and repair issues. Modify aircraft systems/components following detailed guidelines. Install various aircraft components, demonstrating proficiency with tools. Undertake emergency repairs to minimize downtime, which may include travel. Maintain accurate maintenance records and adhere to scheduled checks and overhauls. Uphold strict quality, safety, and sanitation standards. What We Need From You: Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; technical college/training highly regarded. Certification: FAA Airframe and Powerplant License. Experience: 3-5 years preferred, with a strong foundation in aircraft maintenance and safety protocols. Your Skills: Expertise in interpreting technical drawings and schematics. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Proficiency with hand and power tools. Working Conditions: Outdoor work, subject to weather conditions. Physical tasks including climbing, sitting, bending, and crouching.
