Responsibilities
• Perform daily aircraft tasks with minimal supervision• Oversee complex aircraft tasks and troubleshooting• Train and mentor team members• Read, interpret, and follow service bulletins and drawings• Inspect subordinates' work and maintain quality standards• Interface with program management and other departments• Research, plan, and requisition parts and materials• Maintain a safe and clean working environment• Complete required training in a timely manner
Requirements
• High school education or equivalent• At least 5 years of heavy check experience or equivalent• Prior experience with BBJ, 737-7/8/900 preferred• Proficiency with basic hand tools and equipment• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office software• Excellent written and verbal communication skills• Effective analytical and problem-solving skills• Detail-oriented and ability to multi-task• Willingness to work extended hours when needed
