Document yield issues and communicate to PI/Process/cell/Probe/PE/Design. Quantify issue hit hate, line impact and define issue start date. Quantify and publish yield related gap to goal. Quantify yield improvement/downside seen based on process/probe changes. Initiate data mining and correlation study on new issue seen. Initiate PFA request to identify root cause of yield issue. Perform inline correlation study to establish inline prediction to yield issue. Make yield projections based on expected improvement/downside. Conduct yield trend analysis, identify root causes in process step, conversion, algorithm change, and design, for yield shift. Perform cell die loss for MTX and NAND, conduct cell pareto review and communicate changes in yield. Work with PE/Probe to validate new program release. Identify gap with current test. Propose test or custom register to better capture new fail mode. Publish and present reports on analysis of process experiments. Perform yield analysis on fab/probe experiments. Analyze ESDA data to isolate fail location(s).
