Requirements
• High school diploma or 1-2 years of prior retail experience• Friendly, positive, authentic, empathetic, and professional approach• Excellent phone skills and conflict resolution• Ability to meet customer needs and contribute to Five-Star Customer Service• Knowledge of alteration services and product and service information• Ability to process transactions accurately and assist with visual updates• Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 25 pounds, and use technology• Ability to work in a team and adapt to different customer styles
