Job Description:

Amgen is seeking a part-time Web Chat Specialist to join our team in San Antonio, Texas. This position is ideal for individuals with at least 2 years of experience looking to further develop their skills in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. The Web Chat Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat interactions, ensuring positive customer experiences and satisfaction.

Responsibilities:- Manage and respond to customer inquiries and concerns via web chat in a timely and professional manner- Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions- Identify and escalate priority issues to appropriate team members for resolution- Maintain a thorough understanding of company policies and procedures to assist customers effectively- Collaborate with team members to continuously improve chat support processes and procedures- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends- Meet and exceed performance metrics and goals set by the company

Requirements:- 2+ years of experience in customer service or a similar role- Hardworking and motivated individual with a strong work ethic- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Ability to present information effectively and professionally- Proficiency in multitasking and problem-solving- Detail-oriented with a strong attention to accuracy- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Knowledge of web chat software and customer relationship management tools is a plus
