Job Description:
Occidental Petroleum is seeking a dedicated and driven Web Chat Officer to join our team on a part-time basis. This position will be remote, allowing the successful candidate to work from the comfort of their own home. As a Web Chat Officer, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service through our online chat platform, assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our products and services.
Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner through the web chat platform- Provide accurate information about our products and services to assist customers with their needs- Resolve customer complaints and issues to ensure a positive experience for all customers- Collaborate with other team members to ensure all customer inquiries are addressed effectively- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent communication and problem-solving skills- Continuously improve your knowledge of our products and services to better assist customers
Requirements:- 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field- Excellent written communication skills- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities- Ability to plan and prioritize tasks effectively- Strong attention to detail and accuracy- Proficiency in using web chat platforms and other relevant software- High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred
