Web Chat Associate - Work From Home

Quest Diagnostics, a leading provider of diagnostic testing, information, and services, is seeking a motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Web Chat Associate, working from home in Denver, Colorado. This part-time position at the Associate level requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

As a Web Chat Associate, your primary responsibility will be to engage with customers through online chat to provide support, answer questions, and resolve any issues they may have. You will need to possess excellent negotiation skills to handle customer inquiries effectively and ensure a positive customer experience. Additionally, emotional intelligence is crucial in understanding and addressing customer needs and concerns.

Key responsibilities include:- Engaging with customers via web chat to provide assistance and support- Resolving customer issues and inquiries in a timely and efficient manner- Demonstrating a high level of customer service and professionalism at all times- Escalating complex issues to the appropriate departments for resolution- Documenting customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement

Requirements:- At least 2 years of experience in a customer service or web chat support role- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment- Proficiency in typing and using computer systems- Motivated and dedicated with a positive attitude- Outstanding negotiation skills and emotional intelligence
