The assignment requires extraordinary use of independent professional judgment, and extensive knowledge of national policy as it relates to Forest Service watershed restoration management responsibilities, the WCF program, and related data management systems.Works with the National Watershed Program Leader and WCF Advisory Team to develop updated WCF guidance documents incorporating changes from the WCF modernization project.80%Works with the National Watershed Program Leader to develop WC program related training and communication materials.15%Works with the National Watershed Program Leader to develop website content on the WCF program for the FS page.5%Other:Agency required computer security and civil rights trainings as applicable.Physical requirements: Normal ability to sit at a desk/table and participate in virtual meetings via phone or computer.
