Full job description Acme Distribution, is Denver, Colorado's leading supply chain, warehouse, transportation and fulfillment management company. We have an opening for Customer Service Representative at our Aurora facility.
This person is responsible for performing various tasks in a warehouse environment, like receiving driver inquiries and deliveries, scheduling appointments, responding to customer contact inquires. Works with customer accounts and direct customer orders through a system of computer, email and phone correspondence. Verifies, maintains and audits issue tracker entries concerning vendor appointments, shipment quality, reports, damages and third-party delivery issues. Ensure that all client information is current and up to date. Maintains customer contact by phone, email and in person. Entering data and processing paperwork involved in shipping and receiving of individual assigned accounts. Perform other functions as assigned, including but not limited to assisting on floor when needed.

Responsibilities:

Excellent client service Manages direct to customer orders through multiple systems, email and phone correspondence. Verifies, maintains and audits issue tracker entries concerning vendor appointments, shipment quality, reports, damage and third-party labor delivery issues Meet or exceed all metrics and assist client in resolving issues Establish and maintain direct communication with internal/external customers Ensure that all client information is current and up to date. Guarantee that accounts are handled accurately and efficiently in coordination with supervisors in the customer service and operations department. Maintaining extensive customer contact by phone, email and in person. Entering accurate ten-key calculations and data entry. Processing paperwork involved in shipping and receiving of individual assigned accounts Perform other functions as assigned, including but not limited to assisting on floor when needed. This position abides by GMP and Food Safety/Quality regulations set by the company
Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent. Must demonstrate a proficiency using common office applications. Must be able to ask questions and learn quickly. Must be self-motivated and able to prioritize own workload. Must be detail oriented and able to work in an industrious multi-tasked environment. Must be PC literate with proficient knowledge of MS Office Suites (Windows, Word, and Excel). Self-motivated using critical thinking and proactive resolution skills and techniques while providing exceptional customer service. Ability to manage large volumes of data from multiple accounts. Must be able to establish and meet goals and deadlines with minimal supervision. Ability to communicate effectively and must be a team player. Ability to establish and meet set goals. Must have excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communications skills.
Shift: Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm


Pay: $18-21/hour based on experience
