Work Schedule :
This is a full-time position scheduled to typically work Monday through Friday, with core hours between 8:00 am to 5:00 pm plus an after-hours/weekend on-call rotation. This will be discussed during the interview process Be part of something remarkable

We are seeking a Unified Communications Associate Engineer to:

Build, configure, and support the various unified communications solutions including IP telephony, voice mail, video conferencing, web conferencing, and instant messaging. Assist with the development of initiatives by working directly with clinical and operational personnel to implement services. Identify opportunities, provide recommendations and alternative methods to enhance the patient and family experience, and improve cost efficiencies, performance, and productivity.

Minimum - Associate Degree in Healthcare, Information Technology, Business, or related field (2 years combination of relevant experience and education may be considered in lieu of degree).
Preferred - A bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Information Technology, Business, or a related field is strongly preferred. Work Experience :
Minimum - Demonstrated success in troubleshooting to isolate and diagnose problems in technology
Preferred -

One year of relevant experience in a Healthcare setting. Two years of relevant experience in IT, Business Operations, Project Management, Analytics, or Monitoring. Licenses and Certifications :
