Responsibilities
• Prepare and coordinate transactions for insurance products• Work with business partners to process information related to insurance policies• Monitor and respond to critical business needs• Analyze and validate data to ensure quality• Support the Operations Technical Specialist and colleagues• Participate in special projects and additional assignments
Requirements
• 1-3 years of related work experience• Experience in the insurance industry a plus• Ability to work on a team and meet deadlines• Excellent customer service skills• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications• Excellent written and verbal communication skills• Self-starter with attention to detail• Effective time management and organizational skills• Associates Degree preferred; High School Diploma required
