We are committed to a safe work environment sending every person home safe and healthy every day and leaving a sustainable legacy on our host communities.Responsibilities:Effectively assist with project designs, costing, and the implementation management activities Work closely with Health, Safety, Environmental (HSE), Permitting, Asset Management, Reliability, Operations and Technical Services, to research, analyze and provide supporting documents for inclusion in project scopesWork closely with 3 rd party design companies and consulting engineers to ensure technical requirements of a project's scope are fulfilled and coordinatedAssist the Environmental (HSE)/Permitting group in obtaining required permits to prevent delays in construction, commissioning, and final handover to the plant Research and provide information for inclusion in project scopes of work and subsequent contracts, procurement orders, required supporting documentation, and performs other duties as assignedFormulate project parameters and scope, and assist in monitoring progress to address constraintsPreform other duties as assignedQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical engineering or comparable relevant experience in engineering or a related fieldrequiredSix (6) to Eight (8) years of project planning/management experiencerequiredKnowledge of the common project stages and phases (scoping, concept development, prefeasibility, feasibility and execution)requiredCommitment to safety for self and others as well as embracing environmentally friendly work practicesrequiredBasic working knowledge and familiarity of typical technical standards and specifications from ASME, ASTM, NVPA, NETA, etc.requiredFamiliarity with construction methods, quality oversight, commissioning and constructability reviewsrequiredContract management experiencepreferredProficient with MS Office products including Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint and visualization software and scheduling softwarerequiredExcellent verbal and written communication skillsrequiredExperience with DROM (Design for Reliability, Operability, Maintainability) practicespreferredAbility to work UndergroundpreferredFamiliar with OR (Operational Readiness) practices and how to apply thempreferredFamiliar with Business Improvement, Asset Management, Enterprise Resource Planning, Reliability EngineeringpreferredFamiliarity with Environmental, Social, and Corporate Governance (ESG) initiativespreferredWhat We Can Offer YouA comprehensive compensation package including a competitive medical, dental, and vision plan with national provider networks, a 401k retirement plan with employer contribution AND employer match, paid time off, company-sponsored medical clinics, company match share purchase program, and much more!
