Responsibilities
• Perform clinical/health care research activities in various departments• Screen, recruit, enroll, and obtain informed consent for clinical research activities• Assist in the design, development, execution, administration, and maintenance of protocols and clinical studies• Provide input into descriptions of complex research procedures• Assist patients with protocol-related problems• Participate in the design, development, and testing of clinical research trial data systems• Act as a liaison between clinical information systems and research data systems
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in a Health Science field or equivalent combination of education and research experience• Working knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) in research• Excellent written and verbal communication skills• Ability to work nights and weekends• 6 months to 1 year of clinical research experience• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel• Valid driver's license and ability to meet University Driving Policy standards
Key Skills Needed
