Seeking Traveling Superintendent with ground up commercial construction experience.
Long term opportunity. First project ending in late 2025. Will then travel to next project, so needs to be open to travel after.
Travel:
mileage reimbursement for mob/de-mob
$30/day per diem for meals
No set home rotations. Will depend on project schedule.
Housing-hotel will be paid for. If they have camper, then can work through daily per diem up to $500/week
Can provide a company truck. If not, can provide truck allowance between $100-$200/week
Project is kicking off now. Can have someone on site in 2 weeks. Qualifications: Must have: 8+ years experience as a site superintendent on ground up vertical projects as prime or GC. Prefer hospitality or commercial. Understanding of civil scope on construction projects and have supervised this scope on previous projects (streets, parking, retaining walls, utilities, etc.). Must have run projects from start to finish. OSHA 30 Strong communication with clients, subs, internal Have utilized ProCore/Bluebeam (or something similar) daily to assist in running jobs Project Details: 1st Project Scope: Sports Field Complex, 1,000,00sf of synthetic turf install 100,000 Inflated Dome 2500+sf Concessions/Restroom Building Parking Lot Site Concrete Site Retaining Walls Site Utilities 2nd Project Scope: 35,000sf 3-story Golf Bay Structure with Restaurant 2,000sf single story indoor pickleball building 220yd Synthetic Turf Driving Range with 180' netting poles Large parking lot and drive lanes Site Utilities Outdoor synthetic turf mini golf course Outdoor pickleball courts and other amenities Duration: Projects will startMay 2024 and go until October 2025.
