What You Will Be Doing: Manage Healthcare and Commercial construction projects from planning to closeout Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations such as HIPAA and ICRA Manage subcontractors in relation to their schedule, payroll, safety, machinery, compliance, etc. Coordinate with project manager, executives, architects, engineers, etc. to ensure project meets specifications, timelines, and budgets while adhering to safety Conduct inspections for general building and healthcare specific systems, including MEP Lead daily safety and health meetings Support the commissioning of medical equipment for facilities What You Need for this Position: 3+ years experience in Healthcare Construction, 5+ as a Superintendent with a Commercial General Contractor Experience with hospital, medical facility, mission critical projects is required Strong blueprint background Background in Microsoft Project, Bluebeam ICRA and HIPAA experience Willingness to travel (locally, nationwide up to 25% or more) Experience with CMiC is preferred Benefits Allowances (Travel, Phone, Vehicle) Medical/Dental/Vision 401k w/ Match PTO Holidays Bonus Incentives Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.
