Transportation Supervisor

Joint Logistics, FedEx Ground Contractor , is urgently hiring a full time Supervisor for our contract in Tupelo, MS.  Manager Responsibilities:
- Dispatch
- Coordinate with terminal P&D 
- Coordinate and oversee operations of company vehicles 
- Coordinate with drivers to ensure deliveries and pick-ups are made on time
- Assist drivers as needed
- Oversee groundcloud route navigations and KPIs 
- Coordinate vehicle maintenance issues with Mechanic
- May be required to drive when needed
- Other duties and task as needed  Requirements: 
- At least  a min of 1 year of  Supervisor-related experience preferred
- Possess a strong work ethic and excellent communication skills
- Positive attitude to build team moral and retain drivers
- Problem solving skills 
- Able to work independently 
- Strong leadership skills
Monday - Saturday 
$200 per day
Paid Weekly
