Description:* Responsibilities include: Monitor, verify, and present data daily -Overcome transportation disruptions and other barriers in real time -Identify transportation defect root causes -Maintain Daily logs on assigned shippers -Lead weekly calls with assigned shippers -Lead Daily Business Review Stand up calls spacer *Skills:* Logistics, Transportation, Customer service, Supply chain, Dispatch, Third-party logistics, Outlook, Microsoft office, Data entry, Dispatching BASIC QUALIFICATIONS 4+ years of professional experience required; experience in analytical roles, logistics, supply chain Basic knowledge of MS Excel; familiarity with Excel spreadsheets and ability to navigate and interpret data Strong job tenure required - The managers don't want to see resumes of candidates who haven't held previous jobs for minimum of 1 year Bachelor Degree preferred but not required Understanding of basic data analytical skills and strong business writing skills - Resumes must be well written with details including performance metrics that they were held to Strong cognitive skills including problem solving, critical thinking, and communication Previous leadership experience is a big plus! Interpersonal and customer service skills – will need to present to shippers and conduct business reviews
