Our client, a leading Real Estate and Construction Procurement group, is seeking a Transactional Real Estate Attorney to join their dynamic team. With a focus on innovation and personalized service, they deliver exceptional legal counsel to a diverse clientele, including industries such as industrial/logistics, residential housing, restaurant (leasing), and energy (solar and natural gas).
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide sophisticated legal advice on a variety of real estate transactions, including drafting and negotiating complex documents related to leasing, acquisition, disposition, and development of property.
- Manage a diverse portfolio of transactions with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex legal issues.
- Utilize excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills to navigate various scenarios.
Requirements:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) with licensure in Pennsylvania.
- 4+ years of substantive transactional real estate experience.
- Preferred experience in planned community and condominium matters.
- Demonstrated ability to manage a variety of real estate transactions effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
