Anyone with a permanent address within a 35mile radius of the facility is considered a local traveler. Equipment: Philips & Siemens Dress Code: Matching Scrubs Further Specifics: Nonbillable Hours: 12 hours of initial hours OT/Holiday/Call back Markups: 1.1x Regular rates Extension Discount: $1/hr on the initial extension.
SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS 2 Years of CT Experience Required XRay Experience Required Experience with Philips/Siemens Required Prior travel experience Highly preferred Health systemwide profile standards References NOT required. A skills checklist completed within one year of application for RN specialties is required. All other professions outside of Nursing are not required but preferred. Michigan license verification is required for nurses. Please provide LARA and Nursys; if there is a license hit it would be in the travelers best interest to provide a writeup of what happened for the managers review. Physical copies of certifications are only required in the profile if listed above. Fulltime employees are not eligible for contract hire within six months of employment.
