Requirements
Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Provides primary support to end users through Help Desk Ticket System
Maintains printers and other hardware in the schools
Receive Student and Staff Computers for Repair. Triage Broken Machines. Order Parts, Perform Simple Repairs. Coordinate with vendor to facilitate repairs.
Participate in the planning and overall operation of the department
Working knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, Google Admin Console.
Maintain operational status of servers, network infrastructure, and instructional technology
Respond to jams on copy machines, replace consumables, and coordinate with vendor as appropriate.
Other duties as assigned by immediate supervisor
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Ability to support users in Win 10, OS X, Chrome OS and IOS environments
Knowledge of Hyper-V
Knowledge of Aruba Central Management
Able to mutli-task efficiently
Ablle to efficiently handle complex repair process
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Perform installation, configuration, support and management of 1:1 Chromebooks, GADS and Google Workspace for Education
Strong attention to detail
Ability to meet all physical requirements and perform all essential functions of the position including ability to lift at least 50 pounds
