Builds and maintains technology based supplier relationships for T-Mobile. The position would be part of the team working with field services in support of our Network buildout. Duties would include managing the sourcing for wireless site development services including site acquisition and construction services.
Establishes continual partnerships and negotiation , maintaining all commercial terms and contracts with our suppliers. Owns and drives strategic sourcing initiatives including Request for Proposals (RFP), Request for Quotations (RFQ) and Requests for Information (RFI). Commodities included labor, leasing, and services and general scope encompasses services supporting business units doing cell site design, buildout, acquisition, and modification. Helps to drive T-Mobile's Overall direction within certain categories of spend. Leads and supports cross-functional sourcing groups, ensuring supplier performance, and drives continuing sourcing initiatives. This also includes sourcing plan management, supplier issue tracking/resolution, project status communication and risk assessment. Job Responsibilities : Competitively sourcing services and spend through rfp, rfi and rfqs for field services orgs Drafting, negotiating and implementing contractual documents including but not limited to master service agreements, statements of work, letter agreements, and purchase orders Supplier management - supporting the evolution of supplier management through supplier scorecard development and supplier quarterly business Intellectual property licensing procurement & structural guidance Liaise with technical personnel to understand and interpret technical specifications to commercial and corporate financial requirements Summarize and present business cases and agreements for executive review and approval Education : Bachelor's Degree Business, Finance, Technology or Engineering (Required) Work Experience : 4-7 years Experience in a technology sourcing, an engineering role or similar role. 4-7 years Experience leading Business Requirements, Project Plans, Project Schedules and associated project materials in a mid to large size company. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities : Knowledge of Wireless/Cellular buildout a plus Strong understanding of scope of labor agreements and service contracts Proven strong skill with oral and written communications Experience building relationships with partners, including external vendors and internal business units Project Management (Required) Microsoft Office (Required) RFP/RFI Development (Required) Contract Negotiations (Required) Communication (Required) Strategic Sourcing (Required) Licenses and Certifications : Certified Property Manager (CPM) (Preferred) Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) (Preferred) At least 18 years of age Legally authorized to work in the United States Travel :
