Titan Technologies, LLC (Titan) is seeking an experienced, self-directed, Technical Solutions Architect to support the Army Data and Analytics Platform contract, in Newport News, VA. As a member of our team, you will help to assist the Army in a full range of program/product management and administration, financial, technical, and business transformation.

The Technical Solutions Architect will have a technical background and deep experience in full stack development business analysis, risk management, data driven investment control, IT architecture, infrastructure, cloud development, engineering, software architecture design, DevOps, communications skills, big data design and enterprise data platform design.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Responsible for participating in the full systems life cycle with solution design, development, implementation, and product support using scrum and other agile methodologies.
Design and develop IT solutions that most efficiently and effectively meet defined business needs and requirements, while ensuring alignment to an organization's Enterprise Architecture and IT strategic goals Support creation of new agile processes and recommend changes and improvements to current processes and supporting tools.
Conduct an evaluation of the computer system architecture with an emphasis on the design.
Create and maintain procedures, processes and designs for a computer system, ensuring that the application architecture team can deliver system solutions for computer architecture.
Responsible for designing and building solutions that best meet the business needs and are aligned with the IT strategy and modernization roadmaps.
Experience working with major application development platforms (Azure, SalesForce, ServiceNow)
Strong background in architecture with real-world experience of architecting, designing, and delivering large IT projects.
Ability to build strong relationships across the business and IT.
Experience in building and leading a tight-knit delivery team.
Experience accomplishing exceptional project outcomes in a respectful and supportive culture.
A proven grasp of architecture development and design thinking in an agile environment.

Required qualifications:

10+ years experience as a Solutions Architect or a similar role.
In-depth knowledge of enterprise IT architecture, systems integration, and software development.
Strong expertise in cloud technologies and architectural patterns.
Identify and evaluate the risk to eliminate or mitigate risk in a computer system or network.
Knowledge of software development process and technical skills

Desired Qualifications:

Relevant certifications (e.g., DevOps, TOGAF, Azure Certified Solutions Architect, Red Hat Certified Architect) are a plus.

Required Education:

Master's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business or similar

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Secret Clearance is required.
