Description
We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead the E2E development programs for our Wireless Network customers. As a Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing customer deliverables, leading new product and software feature/package development and implementation, and overseeing the day-to-day activities of projects. The successful candidate will have a strong technical background in 4G and 5G wireless networks, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work in a dynamic and changing work environment.
Responsibilities
Act as the E2E Development Program Manager for Wireless Network customers, ensuring customer expectations are met.
Lead and manage new product and software feature/package development and implementation for wireless customers.
Develop and implement strategies, plans, and schedules for day-to-day activities to complete projects effectively and efficiently.
Manage resources (both human and equipment) for projects and activities to ensure successful completion.
Implement risk management strategies to minimize impacts to customers.
Interface directly with internal teams, management, and external customers.
Manage status reporting to internal teams, management, and customers.
Skillset Required
Strong planning, organizing, and prioritization skills to meet tight schedules.
Technical knowledge in 4G and 5G wireless networks.
Ability to work, manage, and prioritize expectations from multiple external and internal customers.
Capability to communicate clearly with peers, team members, management, and customers on status, plans, risks, and critical issues.
Comfortable making quick/key decisions and taking responsibility to push forward.
Ability to bring together a team from multiple groups to achieve goals and exceed customer expectations.
Capability to work with minimum supervision, highly motivated, and self-driven.
Excellent skills in Microsoft and other Project Management Tools.
Critical evaluation and questioning of data.

Quarterly domestic travel required.
Experience & Education Requirements
Engineering or Management Undergraduate Degree from an accredited university (advanced degree is a plus).
Minimum 8 years in Project/Product Management-related activities.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Networks and/or Telecommunications Projects.
Previous management of wireless new product and/or software package development and delivery for a major operator.
Experience with developing and implementing Project Management benchmarks and best practices.
Strong background in 4G and 5G networks in wireless technologies.
Background in managing multiple projects and/or activities simultaneously.
Experience in developing and managing outside vendors.
Experience working and coordinating activities from multiple groups.
Indirect Personnel Management experience.
