Key Responsibilities:
Manage client relationships and provide expert advice to keep individuals and businesses compliant with tax regulations.
Ensure project deadlines are met for clients and provide proactive business advice and practical solutions.
Collaborate effectively with teams to identify and implement tax planning opportunities.
Review and adjust small business clients' financials and tax returns.
Coordinate with team members to deliver exceptional client service.
Conduct research and draft memos on complex tax matters.
Communicate financials, tax returns, and other matters confidently to clients while maintaining the highest ethical standards and confidentiality.
Manage client expectations and address tax-related inquiries.
What You'll Bring:
CPA license and proficiency in preparing business (partnership and corporate) and individual tax returns.

Strong research skills to identify tax planning opportunities and stay updated on tax regulations.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Confidence in managing client relationships and addressing their tax-related questions.
Dedication to maintaining ethical standards and confidentiality.
Continuous monitoring of tax updates and researching tax questions for clients' situations.
