What You'll do The Talent Acquisition Specialist is part of a fast paced and dynamic team. You'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our company by recruiting top talent. Responsible for full-cycle recruitment including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, extending offers, and some onboarding tasks. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, create, and provide effective recruitment strategies and support. Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of candidates using various channels, including social media, job boards, and networking events. Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely feedback and communication throughout the recruitment process. Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates, industry professionals, and educational institutions to create a strong talent pipeline. Generate recruiting data and reports to inform decision-making. Make final hiring recommendations in partnership with hiring managers, including preparing final offer letters. Follow-up regularly with hiring managers and candidates to ensure a timely and efficient recruiting process. Stay updated on industry trends and provide insights on recruitment best practices and market conditions. Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the company. Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and legal requirements. Essential Qualities for Success Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of recruiting experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Demonstrated ability to achieve KPIs and metrics, showcasing a results-driven approach in recruitment activities. Excellent influencing, negotiation, and communication skills with the ability to effectively listen and interact with staff at all levels, ensuring successful candidate placements. A dynamic, outgoing personality with the ability to engage and build rapport quickly with diverse groups of people.
