Responsibilities
• Process Surety business through data entry• Provide underwriting support to Surety Underwriting team• Retrieve information using various systems• Assist Accounting team with billing and discrepancies• Engage with internal and external customers• Review and reconcile internal system reports• Identify opportunities for process improvement• Assist in resolving problems with IT Department• Process and validate data to ensure quality• Provide general office/clerical support
Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent• 3+ years surety bond underwriting assistant experience desired• Understanding of surety rating and processing functions preferred• Excellent written and oral communication skills• Ability to work well on a team and independently• Exceptional customer service skills• Organizational skills and proficiency with computer software applications
