SUPPORT STAFF II This position will function within the Colorado Springs Pregnancy Center. We seek a compassionate and well-organized individual who can multi-task in a fast-paced environment. This position will have direct contact with the patients to provide assistance and help determine appropriate needs. The role includes administrative tasks to support the day-to-day functions of the office. It offers an individual a rewarding opportunity to minister in a dynamic and growing evangelistic ministry.
RESPONSIBILITIES Provides patient advocacy care to patients Maintains relevant knowledge of resources to appropriate referrals Maintains current and accurate patient data Assists as front desk receptionist as needed Assists director with administrative needs for proper functioning of a medical office Assists with monthly patient reporting May require working from one of our multiple centers Participates in staff development events and volunteer in-services Participation by all staff is required at Life Network's major events EXPERIENCE High school diploma 2-3 years of related experience Spanish speaking a plus QUALIFICATIONS Strong advocate for sanctity of life issues Possesses Christian testimony with evidence of Christian maturity in personal and professional life Active commitment in a local church A passion for the ministry accomplished through Life Network and a heart for reaching the lost of our community/world with the Gospel Teachable spirit and functions well in team environment Exceptional interpersonal, organizational and communication skills, both oral and written Possesses a high degree of professionalism and maturity Self-motivated and attention to detail Efficient, organized, and able to prioritize work and multitask Computer skills in Microsoft Office applications and Internet savvy Aptitude to learn software programs and systems Flexible in unanticipated and unusual situations CLASSIFICATION Full-time at 40 hours per week. Pay range is $16.00 to $19.50. Scheduled hours are Monday through Friday, with flexibility for one evening a week and occasional Saturdays. Reports to Pregnancy Services Director.
