Job Description:
Regions Financial is seeking a motivated and resourceful Support Representative to join our team in Chicago, Illinois. As a remote Associate-level employee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our clients while working from the comfort of your own home.
Responsibilities:1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.2. Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues with banking products and services.3. Educate customers on account features, online banking capabilities, and financial literacy.4. Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.6. Identify opportunities for process improvements and communicate feedback to management.
Requirements:1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.2. At least 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field.3. Excellent communication skills and the ability to empathize with customers.4. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to resolve customer issues.5. High emotional intelligence and the ability to remain calm under pressure.6. Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.7. Ability to work independently and meet performance metrics.8. Must have a dedicated home office space with high-speed internet connection.
