The Job:
As a Supply Chain Manager, you'll be part of our T&O Global Supply Chain team working as an on-site employee. You'll get to:
Lead the onsite supply chain team (raw materials purchasing, inventory management, shipping/receiving, production planning, and raw material warehouse operation). Implementation of E2E PFEP. Responsible for running the Global Business Unit and Sales and Operations Planning process. Accountable for achieving Service Level and Inventory Turn targets. Manages Phase-ins, Phase-outs, Promotions, Supply/Demand imbalances. Works across functional boundaries to improve Forecasting Accuracy, avoid/minimize E&O, rationalize SKU count. Designs the supply chain to achieve optimal performance at the lowest cost of ownership. Designs/improves the necessary processes, systems, reports, KPI's. Prime Supply chain representative. Provides leadership to all on-site planning/inventory control functions. Interfaces/collaborates with a wide range of business functions, both within the GBU and the region, to achieve objectives. Ready to participate in ERP transition/implementation: as well as further developing processes and reports to support todays' business needs. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Manage long term capacity planning process. The Person:

Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills with a proven ability to create and maintain positive working relationships with vendors, suppliers, shippers, and customers. Strong supervisory and leadership skills, ability to build and grow teams. Thorough understanding of company products and logistics. SAP knowledge. JDE knowledge. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. Experience and skill with planning, forecasting & execution systems (SAP, JDA). Conceptual understanding of planning and ERP systems. Excellent organizational, teamwork, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. 5 - 10 years' experience with MRP or other supply chain planning system. Manufacturing experience. Bachelor's degree. Advanced degree or certifications a plus. The Details:
