Responsible for planning, scheduling, ordering, receiving and coordinating the delivery of assigned materialsImplementing 'just-in-time' inventory management techniquesAnalyzing and optimizing inventory stocking levels

Responsibilities
• Analyzing process orders to ensure accuracy and timeliness• Coordinating semi-annual tank inventories and plant physical inventories• Backup the Supply Chain Supervisor and Material Specialist in charge of the Label room processes• Receive and reconcile purchased raw materials• Develop and run reports to identify trends and shifts in customer demand• Implement continuous improvement procedures for material movements• Monitor and order office supplies and miscellaneous plant materials• Assume the responsibilities of the Supply Chain Supervisor-Lubes and Label Materials Specialist
Requirements
• College Degree (Bachelors Level) and 4 years of experience• Proficient in MS Office Suite, especially Excel• Working knowledge of SAP• Basic knowledge of inventory control and reconciling
