Qurate Retail Group is the largest player in video commerce ("vCommerce"), which includes video-driven shopping across linear TV, ecommerce sites, digital streaming and social platforms. The Opportunity
Reporting to the Director of Upsell & Cross-Sell, the Supervisor of Upsell Optimization Planning will create the upsell sales plan. You will work with the buying and planning teams to develop the upsell merchandising strategy. You will lead a team of upsell optimization coordinators to manage the strategy and analyze upsell reporting data and share out results and insights to senior leadership.

Your Impact
Partner with the business to determine the appropriate upsell strategy based on historical results; recommend upsell item types, quantities and sales expectations
Organize and facilitate meetings with buying and planning to review progress against the Upsell sales plan.
Identify inventory opportunities to support Upsells
Partner with ecommerce and customer analytics teams to use the digital product recommendation engine to grow Upsell sales
Track sales results on a weekly/monthly/yearly basis and sharing out to company.
Use the analysis to direct future upsell direction, both long and short-term, to ensure sales.
What You Bring
3+ years of experience
Experience with retail math and the ability to identify potential trends, as well as, provide conclusions and recommendations
Remote work is not permitted in NYC at this time.
