Rotates perishable stock so that all food items are fresh. Issues and delivers products from the Storeroom to Departments. *Check each item on the requisitions which may involve weighing, counting, verifying each item and checking them against specifications to verify accuracy and approvals for the order Conducts inventories as directed. Ensure all food, beverage and general merchandise items are listed on inventory lists. Qualifications: Be able to lift 50 lbs and stand during shift Experience in related fields High school level education or equal Must have some knowledge of food, beverage Basic mathematical and computer skills to track and receive volumes of deliveries. ‰ Ability to read, write and speak the English language fluently in order to complete forms, inventories, read billings, invoices and communicate with co-workers and purveyors.
