Store Manager

Job summary
As a Store Manager (SM), you will be responsible for managing the store's team members and the overall success of the store.You will partner with your Assistant Store Manager to hold your team accountable for meeting sales goals by ensuring that they provide friendly, enthusiastic customer service.You will be expected to maintain a strong sense of product knowledge, and to provide customers and team members with in-depth information on product features and benefits.

Responsibilities
• Manage the store's team members and ensure overall store success• Hold the team accountable for meeting sales goals• Provide friendly and enthusiastic customer service• Maintain a strong product knowledge• Provide in-depth information on product features and benefits• Manage all store operations• Administer returns/store credit• Manage schedules, performance metrics, and standards• Divide tasks among team members
Requirements
• Sales management, product sales, and/or customer service experience in a specialty retail environment• Ability to lead a team that delivers results• Experience with computers (MS Excel) and POS systems (RetailPro)• Self-starter mentality and dedication to delivering an outstanding retail experience• Open mind and eagerness to learn and be a part of the riding community
