About The Job The Senior Specialist Cybersecurity is an entry level position responsible for cyber security areas across products, services, infrastructure, networks, and/or applications while providing protection for AT&T, our customers and our vendors/partners. Works with senior team members on various projects relating to the protection of devices, customers, assets, data, information technology, and networks. Supports innovation, strategic planning, technical proof of concepts, testing, lab work, and various other technical program management related tasks associated with the cyber security programs.
Key Roles and Responsibilities: Technical subject matter expert for authentication services including OIDC, OAUTH, Reverse Proxy and cert based solutions, who partners directly with our application team clients in order to identify their needs and shepherd them onto appropriate available authentication services and features. Where existing solutions do not meet client and business needs, will also gather needs of client and work with product architecture and client teams to identify and champion enhancements. Interfaces with application clients to trouble shoot their onboarding/integration issues. Works with internal operations team to ensure clients requests are provisioned correctly and within agreed-upon SLA. Works closely with product team to build out automated onboarding web-based solutions for application clients, including workflows supported by Service Now. May at times Analyze various hardware and/or software solutions recommending purchases and identify modifications to fit AT&Ts cyber security needs. Develops policies and procedures to minimize vulnerability issues for internal and external customers, most notably related to our automated onboarding workflows. Applies measures to block malicious code and applications. Includes forward looking research, planning and strategy to strengthen our stance against future cyber security threats, and enhance our mitigation techniques and technology solutions. Cyber Incident Response, cyber product testing, cyber risk & strategic analysis, cyber research, cyber vulnerability detection & assessment, cyber intelligence & investigation, cyber networks & systems engineering, cyber security application testing, cyber software assurance, cyber application development & testing, cyber policy & requirements & standards. Qualifications: Requires 2-3 years experience related to authentication services/identity and access management. The position requires Daily Office Presence (3-5 days a week) at one of the listed locations. Desire Bachelors degree preferably in Information Systems, Engineering, or Cyber Security related. Our Sr Specialist Cybersecurity earns between $105,600.00-$158,400.00 USD Annual, Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
