The Sr. Supply Chain Processes and Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the end-to-end supply chain processes and managing strategic programs to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall performance. This role requires a strong understanding of supply chain management principles, project management expertise, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally to drive initiatives to completion. You Will Develop and implement supply chain strategies, processes, and initiatives to optimize efficiency and reduce costs across the organization. Lead cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and drive continuous improvement projects throughout the supply chain. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including procurement, finance, logistics, quality and manufacturing to ensure alignment of supply chain activities with business objectives. Analyze supply chain data and performance metrics to identify trends, issues, and areas for improvement, and develop action plans to address them. Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor and measure the effectiveness of supply chain processes and programs. Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and services while maintaining quality standards. Drive cross-functional collaboration and communication to ensure effective implementation of supply chain strategies and initiatives. Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in supply chain management, and make recommendations for adoption as appropriate. Provide leadership, guidance, and support to supply chain team members, fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous learning. You Bring Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree or professional certifications (e.g., APICS, Six Sigma) preferred. Minimum 5 years experience in supply chain management, process improvement, and program management, preferably in an automotive or manufacturing environment. Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive initiatives to successful completion on time and within budget. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and develop actionable insights and recommendations. Advanced proficiency in supply chain management tools and software, such as ERP systems, demand planning software, and data analytics tools. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Demonstrated leadership abilities, with a track record of motivating and developing high-performing teams. Salary Range : The compensation range for this position is specific to the locations listed below and is the range Lucid reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position taking into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including job-related knowledge; skillset; experience, education and training; certifications; and other relevant business and organizational factors. Additional Compensation and Benefits : Lucid offers a wide range of competitive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability insurance, vacation, and 401k. The successful candidate may also be eligible to participate in Lucid's equity program and/or a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing such programs. (Cash or equity incentive awards, if any, will depend on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and company performance.)
Base Pay Range (Annual)
$105,500—$144,980 USD
