Position Title: Senior Manager Business Development
Location: US Remote, United States of America

Role Overview:
As a Senior Manager in Business Development at Velocity for Business (V4B), you will be instrumental in forging strategic partnerships with enterprise clients and extending our white-labeled concierge services to their top-tier customers and employees. In this dynamic role, you will drive revenue growth, identify new opportunities, and cultivate lasting relationships to ensure the seamless delivery of our services.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively identify and pursue business development opportunities.
Respond to inquiries from potential enterprise partners.
Engage with prospective enterprise clients to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.
Develop compelling presentations to evaluate strategic opportunities.
Lead negotiation processes, conduct due diligence, and structure contracts.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including technology, operations, legal, and risk management.
Provide post-close support to ensure smooth transition and handover to the Account Management team.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 4 years in Business Development with a focus on Enterprise Sales.
At least 2 years of consulting experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA), Marketing, or Finance.
5+ years of experience in Enterprise Sales Business Development.
3+ years of experience in Management Consulting, Financial Services, or Investment Banking.
Salary and Benefits:
The annual salary for this role ranges from $168,700 to $192,600 for US Remote positions. Additional performance-based incentives are also available.
