Responsibilities
• Develop and manage implementation of activities for complex projects/programs• Analyze work plans, schedules, and develop progress and status reports• Coordinate and facilitate project meetings• Assess and manage risks and escalate as necessary• Set program objectives and establish clear measures for project deliverables• Act as a mentor and team leader for successful project completion• Define KPIs, training, process standards, policies, and procedures• Organize and manage corporate communication campaigns• Monitor and maintain project tracking systems• Communicate status and results to Corporate Communications and key stakeholders
Requirements
• BA/BS or equivalent degree• 6+ years of project management experience in Corporate Communications, Marketing, Sales, or similar• Ability to lead through influence and build high-performing project teams• Experience with Adobe Workfront and Microsoft technology products• Strong communication skills and creative problem-solving abilities
