We would love to hear from you!Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders from an accredited program.Valid licensure or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist in the state of Delaware.Experience working with children or adolescents in educational settings preferred.Strong knowledge of assessment and intervention techniques for speech and language disorders.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations.Commitment to ongoing professional development and growth in the field of speech-language therapy.Compensation: $41-$42/hrHours: 37.5 hrs/weekResponsibilities:Screen, assess, and develop therapy plans for students referred for speech and language services.Train staff and collaborate with educators, parents, and specialists on intervention strategies.Implement and monitor therapy plans, providing direct support as needed.Maintain accurate records and communicate student progress to relevant stakeholders.Participate in team meetings, conferences, and reviews to inform decision-making.Provide in-service programs for staff and parents on speech and language therapy.Act as a liaison between the school and community agencies for collaborative services.Stay updated on best practices through professional development.Equal Opportunity Employer: ATC Healthcare Services is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
