Specialist / Analyst

Your new responsibilities Manage cross-functional communication related to material availability and customer shipments Serve as a liaison between Customer Service and other departments (ie. Supply Chain, Logistics, Sales) Provide and analyze daily reports for continuous improvements Participate in projects as the customer service expert to ensure customer needs are met What we look for Prior relevant customer service experience in the manufacturing industry Must possess excellent strategic thinking and problem solving abilities Experience executing daily reporting and data analysis Experience working on project teams such as system implementations or process improvements Possess excellent communication skills, be a team player, and have the ability to adapt to change Must have experience with Microsoft office applications and Excel (intermediate level) Experience with SAP High school diploma plus minimum 4 years relevant experience required ams OSRAM is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
