Job Description Starting Salary: $20.50/hour
As a Sous Chef in our community kitchen, YOU… help create an incredible dining experience; build relationships with residents; and consistently deliver the service a guest would expect in their favorite restaurant. Their satisfaction starts with YOU!
Complete and document all safety audits and monthly in-service trainings Check and correct plate presentation prior to dishes leaving the kitchen Oversee kitchen labor and food cost to budgetary requirements Prepare high quality food .
Qualifications To be successful in this position, we believe that you need the following experiences, strengths, and skills:
