Responsibilities
• Design multi-year data & technology strategy for data ecosystem• Guide engineering teams on strategic initiatives• Align reference architecture to a business-aligned roadmap• Prioritize enhancements for modernization and growth• Collaborate with data technologists and designers• Communicate technology vision within Data Analytics and Engineering• Evangelize strategic and technical roadmaps• Stay informed on enterprise initiatives• Assess organizational impact of enterprise architecture and standards• Mentor and collaborate with Agile software engineers
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field• 10+ years of hands-on big data, data warehouse, and analytics engineering experience• Extensive knowledge of data warehousing, lake house, and ETL/ELT tooling• Adaptability to evolving technologies and industry trends• Strong communication and presentation skills• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS) and relevant services• Experience with job orchestration tools• Expertise in database technologies, preferably Snowflake• Experience with Data Vault modeling and automation tools is a plus• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field is a plus
