Software Developer

The Benefit Company is looking for skilled .NET Developer (Preferably C#) with a background in building scalable applications and web services to join our team in our Columbia, SC office. The primary responsibilities for this position are documenting, building, and maintaining the full Web stack for our Benefits Management Platform with a focus on front-end work. The person will work with a team of experienced developers and business resources to build/maintain high performance and scalable solutions for this platform.Responsibilities:Work closely with other team members to develop enterprise-level benefits management products as defined by customer and market requirementsPerform all functions across the entire development cycle (detailed analysis, design, code, test, product launch, and production support) with the primary focus on analysis, design, and developmentWork with internal resources to clarify requirements and ensure that project design meets customer's business and technical requirementsResearch issues discovered by QA or customers and develop workable solutions to the issuesSkills:Excellent listening, written, analytical, and verbal communication skillsStrong analytical, problem solving and planning ability.
