Social Media Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for a driven and confident Social Media Manager to join our team at Ro in Dallas, Texas. As a part-time, Associate level position, the Social Media Manager will be responsible for managing all social media platforms for the company. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in social media management and possess strong attention to detail and creativity.

Responsibilities:- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement- Create and curate engaging content for all social media platforms- Monitor and respond to comments and messages on social media- Analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies accordingly to meet KPIs- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in social media marketing- Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to ensure brand consistency across all platforms

Requirements:- 2+ years of experience in social media management- Driven and confident personality traits- Strong attention to detail and creativity- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Proficiency in social media analytics tools- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
