Social Media and Influencer Manager Location Hybrid work in New Canaan, CT : Overview : Grace Farms Tea & Coffee is looking for an experienced social media and influencer manager who is passionate about exceptional coffee and tea, driving extraordinary performance, and attracting audiences into our community to make the world a better place. The position will work closely with our digital marketing team and our CEO to help create and implement an engaging organic social media presence and build an influencer and ambassador program that grows brand awareness and drives conversion.
The position will have a number of resources at its disposal including an existing social media strategy, a top-of-the-line influencer management platform and will be part of a dynamic team to build an integrated marketing calendar. The social media and influencer manager will collaborate with a digital marketing team responsible for the direct-to-consumer website performance, and Grace Farms Foundation social media teams. The social media manager will collaborate with the team to amplify the strategic marketing calendar and create a calendar of social media content that includes studio video/photo, UGC-style content, influencer content, and organic content.
The position should be someone who has experience creating engaging photo and video content from scratch and be able to edit content, schedule for posting, analyze engagement metrics, and leverage social and cultural trends. The position will have a hybrid work environment but must be able to commute and capture content from Grace Farms located in New Canaan, CT at least one day a week.

· Grace Farms Tea & Coffee is a Certified B-Corp with a small, entrepreneurial team that is passionate about extraordinary coffee and tea and making the world a more just, sustainable, and peaceful place.
· Grace Farms Tea & Coffee serves a collection of 18 premium organic teas available in both consumer and foodservice formats. Grace Farms Foods is the first and only US-based tea brand to partner with Fairtrade International to source certified ingredients that support sustainable development for our suppliers.
· Grace Farms Tea & Coffee also brews up 4 exceptional organic coffees sourced exclusively from women-led co-ops in Colombia, Ethiopia, and Indonesia.
· Grace Farms Tea & Coffee has a quickly growing business to business channel and seeking to accelerate our direct-to-consumer presence and revenue.
· We are currently growing 100% YoY on Amazon but looking to build more engagement with our DTC website channel.
· We currently have poor engagement from our social media channels and seeking to improve our presence and relevancy.
What You'll Do: Lead the organic social media content strategy, creation, and posting for Grace Farms Tea & Coffee social media channels with a keen focus on IG/FB and LinkedIn. Work with the DTC digital marketing team to coordinate content with the integrated marketing calendar to support product promotions, new releases, seasonal stories, and more. Leverage the existing social media strategy and improve it to create an executable portfolio of engaging content. Use your smartphone to create content at Grace Farms that includes stories with Adam and Frank as well as lifestyle and ASMR content Create your own UGC lifestyle content that includes recipes, personal moments, and social settings. Leverage editing platforms like Canva to create content and collaborate with team on edits Use AI or your own copywriting skills to create caption copy that is engaging, accurate, and consistent with the brand voice. Work with a top-of-the-line influencer management program to identify, reach out to, negotiate, contract, and receive assets from influencers in our target customer categories. Develop an ambassador program of long-term partners who receive free product to share with their communities and are incentivized through affiliate commissions. Bring them close to the meaning of the brand and make them true advocates for the brand beyond a transactional value. Use various tactics to increase social media audience and engagement with the intention of increasing brand awareness, relevancy, and ultimately increasing number of website visits and purchases. Boost posts and stories that are performing well to attract new audiences. Research new and relevant targeted audiences. Improve the IG/FB shop of our products integrated with Shopify. Export and analyze metrics to gain insights that might inform future content and social media ads Hustle and enjoy great coffee and tea daily. You will be an important part of a small team that works closely together and wants to use business as a force for good. Evaluate TikTok opportunity and possibly create a TikTok strategy and how to utilize content for TikTok as well. TikTok is of interest but not investing time until legislation is resolved. Performance Metrics: # of social media followers Engagement with social media post Website visits from social media Experience You Have: Bachelor's degree required with preference given to Communications & Marketing majors. 3+ years of digital ecommerce marketing experience with a strong focus on social media. Experience in food/beverage CPG is preferred Experience growing a social media account >50,000 followers and collaborating with various stakeholders to create a calendar of content that aligns with a greater e-commerce strategy. Ability to manage a marketing / influencer budget based on goals, while measuring brand value and ROI of influencer relationships. Proficiency working with influencer management programs like Grin, Upfluence, or Aspire. Negotiating with influencers on rate cards and value created. Confidence to resolve issues with influencers who do not deliver acceptable content. Proven track record of scaling early growth stage e-commerce / DTC brands is preferred. Understand a digital marketing funnel from awareness to consideration to conversion and what messages are essential through the customer journey. Ability to execute the ownership of a creative asset from ideation, content capture, editing, and posting. Enjoys working with Canva or similar editing platforms to quickly and easily edit creative assets and solicit team feedback. A proficient copywriter. Deep understanding of the latest e-commerce marketing growth tactics, technologies, and innovations. Experience working with social media support tools to gain efficiency for post scheduling, growing engaged audiences, and metrics. Network of resources to support your efforts including social media, creative, and influencer management across Instagram and TikTok. Brings deep understanding of the digital ecosystem and perspective on how to leverage content for maximum impact and engagement. Creative thinker who has a deep understanding of industry trends and social media marketing strategies. Hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves, style - willing to dive in to create content and be part of a small team of hard-working passionate people who love tea and coffee and growing a purpose-driven company. A proactive, resourceful self-starter who is also detail-oriented, analytical, multi-tasker and problem solver. The Details: Location : Hybrid, but proximity to Grace Farms in New Canaan, CT at least once a week
Compensation : Full-Time, Salary range of $65K - $79K, based on experience
Hours : Typical EST business hours but can be flexible hours if helpful. May include attending weekend events on occasion at Grace Farms.
Benefits : Three weeks paid vacation. Significant coffee & tea allowance for self-consumption and gifting. We currently do not offer company-sponsored benefits but are working on this in 2025. Compensation for self-procured benefits may be available.
Physical requirements : Ability to both sit and handle screen time for long periods. Ability to move quickly with our CEO around Grace Farms, offsite events, and NYC.
