Responsibilities
• Deliver exceptional customer service• Collaborate with sales team to achieve goals• Secure existing business and drive the sale of additional services• Nurture relationships with buyers and client representatives• Guide team members in addressing client's risk management needs• Mentor Client Service team members through continuous learning• Conduct periodic audits to ensure compliance standards and service levels• Maintain accurate client and policy data and documents• Use Gallagher's technology to improve productivity and quality• Manage multiple competing priorities effectively
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree with minimum 1+ years client service and/or claims management experience OR• High School degree/GED with a minimum of 3+ years client service and/or claims management experience• Property and Casualty Insurance License• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
