Responsibilities
• Investigate potential cases of fraud across the enterprise• Provide advice and counseling to business partners regarding potential fraud cases and anti-fraud controls• Report suspected fraud to state and federal agencies• Handle multiple projects simultaneously and work independently• Lead investigations with regard to company reputation, privacy considerations, and legal requirements• Plan and develop the theory and scope of each assignment• Conduct interviews with individuals from all socio-economic levels• Obtain relevant information and evidence for investigations• Communicate investigative results in a professional and accurate manner• Utilize databases and online tools for information gathering
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice or equivalent experience• Knowledge and experience in insurance investigation• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills• Ability to effectively use databases and online tools• Self-motivated and able to multitask• Outstanding communication skills• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
