Site Director

A great and growing organization is looking for a highly engaged and collaborative Site Leader for one of their manufacturing plants. Leading a team of about 1000 in a 1M sqft plant, it is a highly automated, complex, 24/7 operation - and therefore you need to have similar scope and experience that aligns.
Significant efforts in operations excellence/continuous improvement are well underway and experience in leading that culture change and approach is highly desired. Safety and quality are values and the company takes great care of its team members!
Bachelor's degree is required, preferably one that is technical Packaging and plastics manufacturing is required; thin gauge thermoforming is highly desired Strong experience in leading a large manufacturing plant is required A collaborative, floor-focused leadership style with emphasis on accountability, respect, and delivering results
