Responsibilities

•Participates in the creation and implementation of a strategic marketing plan to build the business
•Conduct thorough title examinations to ensure the accuracy and legality of property titles
•Prepare and review title commitments, policies, and other related documents according to company standards and guidelines
•Collaborate with attorneys, lenders, real estate agents, and other parties to resolve title issues and facilitate smooth transactions
•Maintain and update title records, databases, and files to ensure efficient retrieval and organization of information
•Stay updated on industry regulations, best practices, and market trends to provide expert advice and guidance to clients

Qualifications

•Minimum of 5 years of experience in the title industry
•Proficient in conducting title searches and examining title documents
•Strong knowledge of state and local title regulations and requirements
•Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify and resolve title issues
•Effective communication skills to interact with clients, lenders, and other stakeholders
